I automate the parts of your business that shouldn't need a human.
I'm Andrew, an operator based in Orlando, not an agency, and the first conversation is free.
You don't have a growth problem. You're driving with the parking brake on.
Most businesses that feel stuck aren't short on customers. They're short on hours, because the same manual work keeps eating the day.
What's usually the brake
-
Calls and messages you're not getting back to
Every missed call is a customer who called someone else. The reply that takes you two days takes your competitor two minutes.
-
Invoicing and follow-up that eats your evenings
The work is done and the money is still sitting out there. Chasing it is a job nobody wants, so it slides.
-
Double-bookings you catch too late
You say yes to a job, then realize it clashes with something already on the calendar. By the time you notice, you're the one apologizing or eating the cost.
These are patterns, not a menu. The first call is about finding which one is actually costing you the most.
How it works
-
Free 30-minute call
We talk about where your time actually goes. No pitch, no slides.
-
A custom automation audit
I map your workflow and show you which pieces can run themselves, and what each one is worth to fix.
-
The build
Scoped and priced up front, before anything starts. You know the number before I start work.
-
Ongoing support
Automations need monitoring and tuning. Optional monthly, if you want me keeping an eye on it.
What I've built
I'm early enough that I don't have client case studies to show yet. So here's the software I built for my own business.
Job Checker
A monitoring tool that watches job portals and surfaces new work the moment it posts. Before it, I refreshed browser tabs all day and still missed things. Now I get told.
I ran a freelance business for 15 years, so the admin drag isn't theoretical to me. I automated my own back office before I sold that to anyone else. I use what I build.
Pricing
Automation projects start at $750.
Final price depends on what gets built. You get the number before any work starts.
Simple one-page websites start at $300.
The 30-minute call and the audit are free.
Who you're working with
I'm Andrew Sanchez. I spent 15 years as a freelance ASL interpreter in Orlando, and before that I wrote software.
Running the interpreting business taught me how much of a week disappears into scheduling, invoicing, and retyping the same details. I fixed it for myself first, then people started asking me to fix it for them.
If you hire me, you work with me. No account manager, no handoff to a team you haven't met.
